In March of 2020, Carleton-Willard broke ground on 12 new two-bedroom patio homes. The homes are built entirely on one level and surrounded by a beautiful wooded setting. Each is well-appointed with an electric fireplace, an open kitchen, a large patio, and two walk-in closets. During the Summer of 2021, new residents moved in and began to enjoy their maintenance-free home and all the outstanding services, amenities, and activities the Village has to offer.
